The purpose of this event was to officially launch the ME2@FGM Project, a project in collaboration with UNICEF and UNFPA centering video interviews with brave survivors of FGM sharing their personal experiences and insights, serving as powerful tools to educate the public about the physical, emotional, and psychological effects of FGM, while highlighting survivors' resilience and strength.

To celebrate the International Day of the Girl, The Woman Boss hosted three different events- the Youth Dialogue with QTV’s Jainaba Sonko and The Woman Boss school ambassadors, the panel discussion event with girls across the country, and the townhall discussion with National Assembly Members and guests from the National Human Rights Commission.
